Mario Party 2 is still one of the best in the series—especially if you're playing with friends. You pick your favorite Nintendo character (I always go for Yoshi) and jump into these wild, themed boards like a pirate ship or a spooky western town. The costumes are ridiculous in the best way—Mario in a cowboy hat? Yes, please.

The mini-games are where it really shines, though. Some are pure chaos, like button-mashing contests, while others take actual skill (good luck not falling off that rotating platform). And yeah, the game can be brutal—nothing like losing all your coins to a sneaky Boo stealing them last minute. But that’s part of the fun.
