Mario Kart Offroad EX is one of those weird, unofficial SNES hacks that somehow makes the original even more chaotic. Instead of polished tracks, you're sliding through dirt, mud, and rough terrain—like someone took Mario Kart and tossed it into a rally race. The handling feels looser, and you'll fishtail way more than you expect at first.

It's got all the original characters and items, but the tracks are completely redone with off-road twists, steep hills, and surprise shortcuts. Took me a few races to stop slamming into walls, but once you get the hang of drifting on dirt, it’s a blast. Definitely messes with your muscle memory if you're used to the vanilla version.
