Madden NFL '96 came out for the Super Nintendo in 1995, published by EA Sports. It was one of the later football games on the system, arriving when the 16-bit era was still going strong. You control the entire football team, calling plays and then executing them on the field. The main goal is to outscore your opponent by moving the ball downfield for touchdowns and field goals.
