About Luigi Adventure
Luigi Adventure came out for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System in 1991, a Nintendo release that landed right in the thick of the 16-bit era. It was a time when side scrolling platformers were really defining what the console could do, and this game was part of that wave, focusing on Mario's often overlooked brother.
You control Luigi through a series of haunted mansions, moving screen by screen to hunt for keys and rescue Mario. Your main goal is to clear each mansion of its ghosts, which involves careful exploration and using the Poltergust 3000, a vacuum cleaner, to suck up spirits. The game is built on finding secrets in the environment, like hidden doors revealed by flashing your flashlight, and managing a limited power supply for your vacuum.
