Oh man, The Lost Vikings sequel is such a weird little gem. You're still controlling those three goofy Norse dudes—Erik the jumper, Baleog the fighter, and Olaf the shield guy—but now they're stranded in some futuristic alien world instead of just escaping weird labs and castles. The puzzles get way more creative this time around, forcing you to constantly swap between characters to use their abilities together. Like, one guy holds up his shield as a platform while another jumps off it to reach a switch.

What I love is how the levels slowly teach you to think differently—at first you're just pushing blocks and hitting levers, but later you're doing ridiculous chain reactions where timing matters way more. The SNES version feels a bit clunkier than the original, but the new settings (cyberpunk cities, space stations) make up for it with sheer weirdness. That moment when you realize you need to use all three vikings at once to bypass a laser grid? Pure satisfaction.

It's one of those games where failing a puzzle ten times just makes the eventual solution feel even better.
