Oh man, Lost Vikings—this one takes me back. You're controlling three goofy Norse dudes (Erik the speedy one, Baleog the fighter, and Olaf with his weird shield) through these puzzle-filled levels where you have to use their abilities together. Like, Erik can jump gaps, but you'll need Olaf to block lasers or Baleog to smash obstacles first. It sounds simple until you're halfway through a level realizing you left the wrong Viking at a switch.
The sequel, Norse by Norse West, throws in two new characters and way crazier puzzles—time travel, alien worlds, the works. The controls feel a little stiff now, but the charm holds up. Nothing beats that moment when you finally figure out how to chain all their moves together just right. If you like old-school brain teasers with personality, this is a gem.
