About Lethal Enforcers (europe)
Lethal Enforcers came out for the Super Nintendo in 1994, published by Konami. It was part of that wave of arcade shooters that tried to bring the light gun experience home, a time when having a plastic peripheral felt like a major upgrade for your console.
You play as a police officer tasked with clearing the city of criminals, screen by screen. Your main objective is to shoot armed suspects before they shoot you or innocent civilians. The signature mechanics are straightforward: you aim and fire, but you must also reload by pressing a button, and you have a limited number of continues. The pacing is relentless, and the difficulty is unforgiving; one wrong move and it's back to the start. It feels like a tense, rapid fire test of your reflexes.
