Lemmings is one of those games that looks simple until you actually play it. You’ve got these little green-haired dudes mindlessly marching to their doom, and it’s your job to give them jobs—diggers, builders, blockers—to steer them safely home. The first few levels trick you into thinking it’s easy, but then the puzzles get brutal. One wrong move and half your lemmings are toast.
What’s wild is how satisfying it feels when you finally nail a level after ten tries. That moment when your last lemming waddles through the exit? Pure relief. The SNES version nails the controls, though I still panic when I accidentally assign the wrong skill and watch everything fall apart. Classic puzzle game that still holds up.
