Lemmings 2: The Tribes is one of those sequels that actually changes things up—instead of just more of the same. You still guide those adorable, brainless little guys through obstacle-filled levels, but now they’ve got tribes with unique abilities. Some can climb, others float, and a few even explode (on purpose, this time).
The first few levels ease you in, but don’t get too comfortable. By the second tribe, you’ll be frantically assigning jobs mid-air as lemmings plummet toward spikes. The music’s oddly catchy too—you’ll hum it for days. It’s the kind of game where you fail a level three times, walk away, then suddenly sit up at 2 AM realizing exactly where you went wrong.
If you liked the original but wanted more variety, this one’s a no-brainer.
