Legends of the Hidden Temple: Unlock the Past is one of those puzzle games that feels like a throwback—in a good way. You team up with Sadie, Noah, and Dudley (who’s basically the comic relief) as they trek through the jungle, dodging temple guards and snakes while solving puzzles to unlock Olmec’s secrets. The first few levels ease you in, but don’t get too comfortable—some of those later puzzles make you stop and actually think.

I’ll admit, the first time I ran into a guard, I panicked and mashed buttons like an idiot. Turns out, stealth and timing work better. The puzzles mix classic sliding blocks with some sneaky twists, and the jungle backdrop gives it that old-school adventure vibe. Just watch out for the snakes—they’re faster than they look.

If you ever watched the show as a kid, this feels like a solid little tribute. If not, it’s still a decent puzzle romp with just enough danger to keep it interesting.
