You also find bows for ranged attacks and explore dungeons to collect the Crests needed to purify the fountains. The pacing can feel deliberate, even slow, and the difficulty comes from managing your health and positioning against groups of foes. Playing Lagoon feels like a constant, careful dance just outside an enemy's attack range.
