Krusty's Super Fun House on SNES is one of those weirdly satisfying puzzle games that sticks with you. You play as Krusty—yeah, the clown from The Simpsons—trying to clear out rooms full of rats by setting up traps and nudging them into the right spots. The first few levels ease you in, but then suddenly you're staring at the screen trying to figure out how to time a conveyor belt just right so the little furballs walk into a fan.
The graphics have that bright, chunky 16-bit charm, and the music’s got this weird carnival vibe that somehow works. Some of the later puzzles get seriously tricky—I remember getting stuck on one where you have to redirect rats through multiple rooms, and it took me way too many tries to get it right. But when everything clicks and you watch the last rat get sucked into a vacuum? So satisfying.
If you like puzzle games with a side of Simpsons weirdness, this one’s a solid pick. Just don’t blame me when you start hearing the level music in your sleep.
