Kingdoms of Germany is a turn-based strategy game released in 1994 for MS-DOS. Developed and published by Realism Entertainment, the game presents a top-down view of medieval Germany where players control a Lord vying for supremacy. The objective is to become the sole ruler of the region by managing a kingdom and commanding military forces.

Players oversee their kingdom's development, using the mouse cursor to interact with the map and manage various aspects of their domain. Control extends to both the economic infrastructure and military command, with players able to direct up to twenty armies. Progression involves building a prosperous society to generate wealth, which in turn funds the expansion and strengthening of armies. Key gameplay systems include territorial management, strategic conquest of opponents' lands, and careful resource allocation to support both civilian growth and military campaigns.

The game offers two primary scenarios. In one, players compete against up to six human opponents, each focused on developing their own kingdoms to support military expansion for conquest. The other scenario pits a human player against up to five computer-controlled War Lords. These AI opponents prioritize gaining wealth through direct conquest without engaging in developmental strategies, acting as aggressive forces that the player must outmaneuver using more systematic and constructive kingdom management.
