Kid Adventure 2 is one of those SMW romhacks that feels like stumbling into a secret, slightly unhinged version of Mario World. The levels are packed with weird little surprises—like finding Yoshi in places he shouldn't be or accidentally triggering some bizarre custom power-up. It's got that classic SMW physics feel, but the layouts get wild fast.

First time I played, I got stuck for way too long on a level where the platforms kept disappearing in weird patterns. Took me a few tries to realize the creator was just messing with me. Not the most polished hack out there, but there's charm in the jank. If you're into SMW mods that don't take themselves too seriously, this one's a fun detour.
