Kamen Rider SD: Shutsugeki!! Rider Machine came out for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System in 1993, developed by Yutaka. It was part of that wave of licensed games based on the super-deformed Kamen Rider series, a time when the SNES library was full of these kinds of quirky adaptations. You don't hear much about it now, but it was there on the shelf alongside more famous titles.

You control a miniature Kamen Rider on his Rider Machine motorcycle, navigating a series of side-scrolling stages. Your main goal is to drive from the start of each level to the end, fighting off enemy combatants and dodging obstacles along the way. The game uses a screen-by-screen progression; the screen locks in place until you clear all the enemies in that section, which forces you to deal with everything in front of you before moving on. You have a standard attack to defeat foes, and you can collect power-ups that temporarily transform you into a more powerful Rider form, changing your appearance and attack. The pacing is quite fast, and the difficulty can spike unexpectedly with tricky enemy placements. It feels like a straightforward, arcade-style dash where you're constantly reacting to what the next screen throws at you.
