Justice League Task Force on SNES is one of those mid-tier fighting games that’s rough around the edges but weirdly charming if you give it a chance. You’ve got Batman throwing batarangs, Superman doing his heat vision thing, and Wonder Woman lassoing people—except the animations are kinda stiff, and some moves feel like they take forever to pull off. The roster’s decent, though—Flash is stupid fast, and Aquaman… well, he exists.
It’s definitely not Street Fighter, but there’s something fun about the janky 16-bit sprites and the way Superman’s supermove just yeets opponents across the screen. Play it with a friend who won’t judge you for mashing buttons, and it’s a decent time. Just don’t expect it to replace your usual fighting game rotation.
