About Justice League Task Force (beta)
Justice League Task Force came out for the Super Nintendo in 1995, a time when the console was full of fighting games. Blizzard Entertainment developed it, which is interesting because they would later become known for very different types of games.
You pick a DC hero like Superman or Wonder Woman and fight through a series of one-on-one battles. The main goal is to defeat a lineup of opponents, ending with a fight against the main villain. The game uses a six-button control scheme for punches, kicks, and special moves. You can perform character-specific attacks, like firing energy blasts or using a lasso. The pacing is fast, and the computer opponents can be quite difficult, demanding precise timing to beat. It feels like a straightforward arcade-style brawler that tests your reflexes more than your strategy.
