Jurassic Park on SNES is one of those games that looks simple at first—you're just Dr. Grant trying to survive a dino-infested island—but man, it gets intense fast. The top-down sections feel like a tense scavenger hunt for keycards and ammo, while the first-person raptor encounters? Pure panic fuel. I still remember the first time I stumbled into the tall grass and heard that telltale screech. Bad move.
Weirdly, the T-Rex is almost easier to deal with than the velociraptors—at least you can see it coming. The mix of exploration and sudden action keeps you on edge, though the controls take some getting used to. That dino roar when you boot it up? Still gives me chills.
