Joe & Mac is one of those SNES games that just oozes charm—you play as two cavemen who somehow picked up ninja moves, smacking dinosaurs with boomerangs and riding pterodactyls. The levels are bright and chaotic, with waterfalls, volcanoes, and yeah, the occasional cave babe cheering you on.

At first, it feels like a standard platformer, but then you realize how weirdly satisfying it is to bonk enemies with a giant club or chuck a rock at a T-Rex. The co-op’s a blast too, though good luck not accidentally whacking your buddy in the middle of a jump. It’s got that perfect mix of silly and challenging that makes you want to play just one more level.
