This is one of those Japanese baseball games that never made it overseas, but if you're into SNES sports titles, it's a hidden gem. The graphics are surprisingly crisp for a late-era Super Nintendo game—players actually look like people, not pixel blobs. The pitching mechanics take a second to get used to (curveballs feel weirdly satisfying once you nail the timing), and batting has just enough challenge to keep you swinging.
What I love is how fast-paced it feels compared to other baseball sims from the time. No endless menus or drawn-out animations—just pick a team, adjust your lineup if you want, and boom, you're in the game. The fielding controls are a little stiff by modern standards, but hey, it's the '90s. If you dig arcade-style baseball with a bit of strategy, this one holds up better than you'd expect.
