Iron Commando (europe) (proto) Game

Iron Commando is one of those SNES beat-'em-ups that flew under the radar but punches way harder than you'd expect. You pick between two mercenaries—one's a tank with a flamethrower, the other's quicker with a sword—and just start wrecking waves of goons. The sprites are chunky, the hits feel heavy, and there's something satisfying about tossing enemies into the background like a ragdoll.
It’s got that mid-90s arcade vibe where everything’s a little over-the-top: you’ll fight through jungles, military bases, even a casino at one point. The proto version feels rougher than the final release, but that almost adds to the charm—like finding an unfinished gem. If you’re into games where you can just turn off your brain and punch dudes into explosions, this one’s a solid time.
