About Harapeko Bakka (japan)
Harapeko Bakka is a puzzle game that came out for the Super Famicom in 1994. It was published by SunSoft in Europe under the name Hungry Dinosaurs. This was a time when the SNES library was full of inventive puzzle titles, and this one fits right in with that experimental spirit.
You control a small dinosaur moving through single-screen stages. Your main goal is to eat all the fruit in each level. The core mechanics involve pushing blocks to create paths and using ladders to navigate the environment. Some blocks are heavy and require careful positioning, while others can be destroyed to open up new routes. The game starts simply but the puzzles become quite complex, demanding a lot of foresight. It feels like a quiet, methodical test of your planning skills.
