About Goof Troop (germany)
Goof Troop came out on the Super Nintendo in 1993, a Capcom game that felt a bit different from their usual action titles. It was a time when the SNES library was full of experiments, and this one took a Disney cartoon and turned it into a cooperative puzzle adventure.
You control Goofy or his son Max, exploring a series of islands screen by screen to rescue your kidnapped friends. The main goal is to navigate through environmental puzzles, throwing items to stun enemies and collecting keys to unlock doors. You spend a lot of time pushing blocks, picking up and tossing objects, and coordinating with a second player to solve puzzles that require both characters. The pacing is methodical, more about thinking your way through a room than quick reflexes, though some enemy patterns can get tricky.
