Gekitotsu Dangan Jidousha Kessen: Battle Mobile came out for the Super Nintendo in 1995 from the developer I'Max. It was part of that wave of Japanese releases that never made it overseas, a car combat game that felt distinct from other titles on the system at the time.
You control a small vehicle from an overhead perspective, driving through maze-like arenas. The main goal is to destroy all the enemy cars on the screen before they destroy you. Your primary weapon is a machine gun with limited ammunition, so you have to collect ammo pickups scattered around the level. The signature mechanics involve ramming opponents to deal damage and using a screen-clearing bomb as a last resort. The pacing is fast and the difficulty can be unforgiving, as enemies swarm you from all sides. It feels like a tense, chaotic scramble for survival where one wrong turn can end your run.
