About Garou Densetsu Special (japan)
Garou Densetsu Special came out for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System in 1993, developed by Takara. It was part of that wave of fighting games ported to home consoles, where you got a solid version of the arcade experience without leaving the house.
You pick one of many fighters, like Terry Bogard or Geese Howard, and battle through a series of one-on-one matches. The main goal is to win the King of Fighters tournament, defeating every opponent in your path.
