Galaxy Robo came out in 1994 for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System, developed by Copya System. It was one of many action platformers on the console, a straightforward sci-fi entry without a lot of fanfare. You don't hear much about it now, but it had its own little corner in the SNES library.

You control a robot navigating a large, interconnected spaceship. The main goal is to reactivate the ship's core systems, which involves moving through rooms screen by screen. Your robot can jump between platforms and use a short-range laser blast to destroy the various drones and turrets that patrol the halls. A key mechanic is finding key cards to unlock sealed doors, which gradually opens up new sections of the map. The game has a methodical pace; you explore, backtrack with new access, and manage your health against persistent enemies. It feels like a careful, sometimes tense trek through a derelict vessel.
