About Frantic Flea (europe)
Frantic Flea came out for the Super Nintendo in 1996, a late release from publisher GameTek. It arrived when many players were already looking toward newer consoles, a colorful 2D platformer holding its own in the final years of the SNES library.
You control the Flea, a tiny hero who bounces and shoots his way through screen by screen levels. Your main goal is to rescue your friends and stop the villain Insideos, which involves navigating hazardous environments and defeating a variety of enemies. The core mechanics are built around constant bouncing; you ricochet off almost every surface, using this momentum to avoid spikes and pits.
