Final Fight Debug is basically the SNES version of that arcade brawler you probably wasted quarters on back in the day—except now you can play it without some kid breathing down your neck at the pizza place. You pick between Haggar (the mayor who somehow fights better than he governs), Cody (the guy who clearly skipped leg day), or Guy (ninja dude who’s way too fast for his own good). Then you just punch, kick, and suplex your way through Metro City’s entire criminal population.
The Mad Gear Gang kidnapped the mayor’s daughter, which is a terrible career move when the mayor can piledrive you through concrete. The streets are packed with guys in leather vests who really should’ve picked a safer line of work. Graphics are chunky in that satisfying SNES way, and the soundtrack’s got that bass-heavy arcade vibe. Co-op’s where it’s at—nothing like accidentally hitting your friend while trying to combo a clown with a knife.
It’s not deep, but sometimes you just wanna throw dudes into traffic. That’s the whole game, and honestly? It rules.
