Final Fight 2 on SNES is basically the same glorious, muscle-bound chaos as the first game—just with a fresh coat of paint and two new characters to wreck shop with. You’ve got Maki, who’s basically a ninja with a mean roundhouse kick, and Carlos, who swings a sword like he’s late for dinner. Haggar’s back too, because Metro City can’t function without its mayor suplexing dudes into trash cans.
The levels feel a little more varied this time—you’re not just stuck in alleys, you’re smashing through airports and hopping trains while goons pour in from every direction. The co-op is still the best way to play, especially when you and a friend start accidentally punching each other in the chaos. Just don’t expect deep strategy—this is pure, dumb fun where the only rule is "hit everything that moves."
It’s not perfect (why do the enemies still respawn if you walk two feet backward?), but if you’re craving that classic arcade brawler vibe, this one’s got plenty of elbow drops to go around.
