The player controls the standard pinball flippers to keep a ball in play across one of four themed tables: Rock Fantasy, Medieval Knights, Urban Chaos, and Monkey Mayhem. The primary objective is to achieve a high score by hitting various targets, ramps, and bumpers, each table presenting its own unique layout and set of scoring opportunities. Gameplay systems include navigating the ball through the table's obstacles, triggering specific events or modes by hitting sequences of targets, and managing the ball's increased speed and momentum. The game uses a Dot Matrix Display to show scores and to present short three dimensional rendered animations related to table events.

Progression is centered on mastering each individual table, with the game offering a larger screen resolution and taller table designs compared to its predecessor, allowing for a greater density of interactive objects.
