Dragon Ball Z: Chou Gokuuden - Kakusei Hen came out in 1995 for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System, published by Bandai. It was a Japan only release, one of many games from that era that expanded the Dragon Ball Z universe on the 16 bit console.
