Double Dragon 2 on SNES is one of those classic beat 'em ups that feels just right—simple but satisfying. You pick Billy or Jimmy (or a friend for co-op) and start punching, kicking, and throwing goons through neon-lit streets. The controls are tight, and the soundtrack has that crunchy 16-bit energy.
First level drops you right into it: thugs swarm in, you land a few combos, and before long you're knee-dropping someone off a rooftop. The enemy variety keeps it interesting—some dudes block, others whip out knives, and then there's that one guy who just loves to suplex you. It’s not the deepest fighter, but it nails that arcade feel.
If you grew up with this or just love old-school brawlers, it still holds up surprisingly well.
