Destructive (japan) Game

Destructive (Japan) is one of those weird, obscure SNES games that somehow slipped under the radar. It's a side-scrolling action game where you play as this armored dude—kind of a mix between a mech and a knight—wrecking everything in sight. The controls are a little stiff at first, but once you get used to the weight of your character, smashing through walls and enemies feels oddly satisfying.
The levels are short but packed with destructible scenery, which is half the fun. You can plow through buildings, bridges, even tanks if you time your attacks right. The music’s got that classic SNES synth-rock vibe, and the pixel explosions when things blow up are surprisingly detailed for a game this old.
It’s not perfect—some of the enemy patterns feel cheap, and the difficulty spikes hard after the first few stages. But if you’re into retro games with a lot of chaos, it’s a fun little time capsule. Just don’t expect a deep story or anything—this one’s all about the destruction.
