Alright, so Daffy Duck - The Marvin Missions on SNES is exactly what it sounds like—a chaotic, over-the-top platformer where you play as Daffy, stumbling through space to stop Marvin the Martian (who, let’s be honest, is just vibing with his usual world-destroying plans). The controls are a little slippery—Daffy slides around like he’s on buttered toast—but once you get used to it, the goofy physics actually work in your favor when dodging enemies.
The levels are packed with Looney Tunes nonsense: you’ll bounce on springs shaped like Acme products, get flattened by anvils, and occasionally find a power-up that turns you into a tornado-spinning duck (because why not?). The music’s got that classic SNES charm, and the sprites are bright and cartoony—though some of the platforming can be brutal if you’re not careful. Still, it’s hard to stay mad when Daffy’s mid-air flailing is this ridiculous.
If you grew up on Looney Tunes or just love weird ’90s platformers, this one’s a solid time. Just don’t expect it to go easy on you.
