Daffy Duck - The Marvin Missions is one of those weirdly charming SNES platformers where you play as Duck Dodgers (aka Daffy in a space helmet) blasting your way through Marvin the Martian’s ridiculous traps. The first level throws you right into it—bouncing on springs, dodging laser beams, and shooting at little alien goons with your ray gun. The controls feel a bit stiff at first, but you get used to it.
What’s fun is how over-the-top the whole thing is—Marvin’s got these elaborate Rube Goldberg-style death traps, and Daffy’s animations are pure Looney Tunes chaos. Some of the jumps are frustratingly precise, but the cartoony vibe keeps it from feeling too punishing. If you grew up on old-school platformers, this one’s got that same mix of jank and charm.
Just don’t expect anything deep—it’s basically Daffy Duck blasting aliens with a ray gun for 10 levels straight.
