Okay, so "Castlevania: Dracula X - Evil Trevor" is basically the SNES version of Rondo of Blood, but with some weird twists. You play as Trevor—except he's evil now?—and yeah, it's got that classic whip-swinging, candle-smashing action you'd expect. The levels are shorter than the original, but man, some of these jumps are brutal. Miss one, and you're falling into a pit of spikes (again).
The music slaps, though—that gothic organ and eerie choir combo never gets old. And the sprite work? Still holds up, especially Dracula’s dramatic cape swirls. Just don’t expect it to be as smooth as Symphony of the Night—this one’s pure old-school "die and retry" energy. If you’re into punishing but satisfying platforming with a side of vampire lore, it’s a solid time.
