Remember those old-school arcade beat 'em ups where you just plow through waves of goons? This is that, but with Avengers—and honestly, it's way more fun with a friend. You pick between Cap, Iron Man, Hawkeye, or Vision (weirdly no Thor?), and then it's just punch, kick, and special-move your way through robots, weirdos in jumpsuits, and eventually Red Skull himself.

The sprites are chunky in that perfect SNES way, and the voice clips are hilariously compressed ("AVENGERS ASSEMBLE!" sounds like someone yelling through a tin can). Some characters feel way stronger than others—Hawkeye's arrows are kinda useless up close, but Iron Man's repulsor beams wreck everything. And yeah, the hit detection's a little janky, but that's part of the charm.

It's not the deepest game, but if you want to smash buttons while pretending to be a superhero from the '90s, this’ll do the trick. Just don’t expect any MCU-level storytelling.
