Bulls vs. Blazers and the NBA Playoffs is one of those early '90s SNES basketball games that feels like a time capsule. EA put this out right in the middle of Jordan's prime, so of course the Bulls are stacked—but the Blazers weren't slouches either with Drexler running the show. The gameplay's pretty straightforward for a 16-bit hoops sim: you've got your basic passes, dunks, and three-pointers, though the controls take a minute to get used to if you're coming from modern games. The playoff mode's where it shines, letting you run through the brackets just like the real '93 season. Just don't expect flashy animations or deep strategy—this is pure, old-school arcade basketball with a side of nostalgia.
