Bullet Bill 2 is one of those weird little Flash games that somehow sticks with you. You control a Bullet Bill from Mario—yeah, the angry-eyed cannonball—and steer it through these short obstacle courses. The controls are dead simple: mouse up and down to dodge pipes and gaps, space to pause if you panic (which you will).

At first it feels almost too easy, just bobbing past a few Goombas, but then the screen starts scrolling faster and suddenly you're threading between moving platforms like some kind of deranged missile acrobat. The hitboxes are mercifully fair, though—none of that "I swear I didn't touch that!" nonsense.
