Brawl Brothers is one of those classic SNES beat 'em ups that feels like a Saturday morning cartoon cranked up to 11. You pick from three brawlers (I always went with the tanky guy—his piledriver move just feels right), then smash through waves of goons in streets, arcades, even a wrestling ring. The sprites are chunky, the punches have that satisfying SNES thwack, and the two-player co-op turns it into pure chaos (in the best way).

It’s got that typical 90s arcade vibe—simple to pick up, but the enemy gangs get sneakier as you go. Watch out for the guys who try to suplex you from off-screen. Jerks.

Not the deepest fighter out there, but sometimes you just wanna throw dudes into traffic.
