Ever played The Brainies on SNES? It’s one of those weird little puzzle games from the mid-90s that somehow sticks with you. You’ve got these odd, squishy creatures—Brainies—that look like they escaped from a rejected Nickelodeon cartoon. Your job is to guide them around, stacking and rearranging them to solve puzzles. Sounds simple, but the little guys have minds of their own, and half the fun is watching them bounce and wobble when you mess up.
The first few levels ease you in, but before long, you’re juggling colors, switches, and some seriously wonky physics. The music’s got that classic SNES charm—peppy but slightly offbeat, just like the game itself. If you dig quirky, slightly chaotic puzzlers, this one’s a hidden gem.
