Bokemob is one of those weird, hilarious Pokémon Blue hacks where everything’s just... off. You start in Pallet Town like usual, but instead of Charmander or Squirtle, you’re picking between these bizarre knockoff creatures with janky sprites. The dialogue’s been messed with too—half of it feels like inside jokes or nonsense, and the other half is just straight-up broken. Battles are a mess in the best way, with moves that don’t do what they say and wild encounters that’ll make you double-take.

It’s not polished, but that’s the charm. You’ll stumble through glitchy maps, fight trainers with teams that make no sense, and probably get stuck at some point because a key item’s missing. If you’ve played a million vanilla Pokémon runs and want something chaotic, this’ll kill an afternoon. Just don’t expect it to work right.
