So, this is the SNES game based on the Disney classic—you know, the one where Belle trades her freedom for her dad’s and ends up in a castle full of talking furniture. The graphics actually do a decent job capturing the movie’s look, with those big, colorful sprites and some surprisingly nice background details. You mostly jump and dodge stuff as Belle, though there’s a weirdly fun section where you play as the Beast throwing furniture at wolves (which, honestly, feels more chaotic than the film).

It’s definitely a product of its time—some of the platforming is janky, and the hitboxes can be unforgiving.
