About Battletoads In Battlemaniacs (japan)
Battletoads in Battlemaniacs came out for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System in 1993, developed by Rare and published by Tradewest. It was part of that wave of early 90s SNES games that pushed colorful graphics and fast action, a clear step up from the NES original.
You control one of the three Battletoads, oversized amphibians, fighting through the Dark Queen's forces. The main goal is to rescue your captured friend, Pimple, across a series of varied stages. The gameplay mixes beat 'em up brawling with vehicle-based obstacle courses; you punch and kick your way through enemies, and your character's limbs can morph into oversized hammers or claws for powerful attacks.
