About Battletoads And Double Dragon
Battletoads and Double Dragon came out for the Super Nintendo in 1993, developed by Rare. It was a crossover that felt like a big deal at the time, bringing together the cast from two different beat 'em up series on a console known for them.
You pick one of five characters: the Double Dragon brothers, Billy and Jimmy, or the Battletoads, Zitz, Pimple, and Rash. Your goal is to fight through side-scrolling levels, clearing each screen of enemies before moving on. The combat relies on basic punches and kicks, but the toads have their signature oversized, cartoonish attacks that do extra damage.
