About Battle Grand Prix (japan)
Irem released Battle Grand Prix for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System in 1992. It arrived during a period when developers were experimenting with mixing established genres, and this game combined racing with combat.
You control a single car, racing against others while attacking them with weapons. The main objective is to win each race by finishing first, but you also need to disable rival cars using mines, missiles, and other pickups scattered on the track. The game progresses screen by screen, with tight, top-down circuits that force you to manage both your racing line and your ammunition.
