Batman Forever on SNES is one of those licensed beat 'em ups that feels like it was made in a hurry—but hey, it’s got some charm. You pick Batman or Robin (Batman’s moves feel heavier, Robin’s quicker) and punch your way through waves of thugs in neon-lit Gotham streets. The sprites are big and chunky, and the soundtrack’s got that weirdly catchy 90s arcade vibe.
Two-Face and Riddler show up as bosses, and the fights get pretty chaotic with all the projectiles flying around. It’s not the deepest brawler out there, but if you’re into the movie or just want some mindless punching with a side of nostalgia, it’s a decent way to kill an afternoon.
