About Bs Special Tee Shot (japan)
BS Special Tee Shot came out for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System in 1994, developed by T&E Soft. It was part of the later wave of SNES releases, a time when developers were experimenting with the hardware in new ways. This game was originally distributed via the Satellaview satellite modem peripheral in Japan, which makes it a somewhat uncommon find today.
You control a golfer from an overhead perspective, navigating through a series of puzzle-like golf holes. The main objective is to sink your ball in the hole using the fewest strokes possible, but the courses are filled with obstacles, moving platforms, and teleporters that turn each hole into a spatial reasoning test. Signature mechanics include aiming your shot's power and direction precisely, then watching the ball ricochet off walls or get transported across the screen. The game demands patience and careful planning, as a misjudged shot can send your ball into a hazard or far from the target. Finishing a tricky hole provides a genuine sense of accomplishment after working through its layout.
