About Bs Nintama Rantarou 2 (japan)
BS Nintama Rantarou 2 came out in 1996 for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System, a late release for the console. It was developed and published by Culture Brain, based on the long running anime about ninja students. This was part of the BS-X satellite service in Japan, a unique way to distribute games that most players outside the country never experienced firsthand.
You control one of three young ninja cadets, Rantarou, Shinbei, or Kirimaru, navigating a series of side scrolling stages. The main goal is to find and collect specific items hidden in each level while avoiding or outsmarting teachers and other obstacles.
