Before each mission, the player selects equipment from an arsenal that includes firearms, explosives, a knife, and protective gear, with options like a flamethrower available. A weight limit, influenced by the chosen difficulty level, restricts how much can be carried, requiring strategic loadout choices. Progression involves navigating through enemy-held areas, where stealth is often advantageous; players use environmental features like bushes and buildings for cover to avoid detection. Enemy forces include soldiers, vehicles, and guard dogs.
